YES, we have a store at Lucky PLAZA, Ochard Road, Singapore, and we also sell online. We design jewellery for you when you order it; how ever we do hold inventory of our own designs at our store

We offer free shipping across India. Some additional charges might be required if express delivery is requested.

Yes, Currently we are shipping to few countries outside Singapore.

We aim to deliver the products within 15 working days, although delivery time may increase depending on the product ordered and the shipping address.

How do I return my shipping?
We offer a 30-day full refund policy on our jewellery. Jewellery returned in original condition with receipt will be refunded full money. You will have to pay for the return shipping.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received the product, it takes about 3-4 days to process the refund. It should take about 7-10 days to reflect the credit in your bank account.
Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

Do pendants come with the chain?
The price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately. We have a selection of chains to offer you.
